In 1988, Sam Scalia, president of the Cartierville Group started as a builder and developer following a very simple principle, to offer quality, affordable condominiums in trendy neighbourhoods in Montreal.

After several projects and many awards and nominations, such as a seat on the Board of Directors of the APCHQ Montréal Métropolitain, the group’s philosophy remains the same and success continues to follow.

Personally overseeing the construction of each condominium, from the units design to customer service, Sam Scalia and his team make sure that each condo built by the Cartierville Group adheres to the highest quality standards in residential construction.
